Thinking About Drawing is an exploration of the daily practice of drawing. It is the prolonged act of looking in order to make a drawing and then extracting new images through the photographic medium and the use of a camera. The original drawings are grounded in familiar or found objects and are often simple shapes or forms. From actual drawings, cutouts, and the use of photographic methods, a new drawing is discovered when arranged and seen through the camera's frame.
